Мерки

Това са някои мерки, които ще ви помогнат да превърнете количествата продукти посочени в американски рецепти в европейски.  Мерките са взети от блоговете Smitten Kitchen и Chocolate & Zucchini. Те са по-скоро за референция – за това са и по-подробни.

Забелязах и някои разлики в грамажите между двата сайта, но реших да оставя вие да решите коя мярка да ползвате.  Аз също ще изпробвам и след време тук може би ще има по-еднозначни и прости мерки.

От друга страна, мерки като 1 чаша или 1/8 чаша не говорят за нужда от голяма прецизност.  Явно авторът е сметнал, че няколко грама повече или по-малко нямат значение, така че давайте смело с количествата.

Volume
1 cup = 240 mL (milliliter)
1/4 cup = 60 mL = 4 tablespoons

Almonds, shelled, whole, blanched: 1 cup = 125 grams

Almond meal (a.k.a. ground almonds): 1 cup = 100 grams
Almond butter/purée: 1 cup = 240 grams
Cashews, shelled, whole: 1 cup = 130 grams
